I’m not a great quadcopter pilot so I keep crashing my Crazyflie. To prevent any further damage, I designed this propellor guard in AutoCAD and printed it using the Makerbots available at the Yale Center for Engineering, Innovation, and Design.

I initially looked at other options available on Thingiverse. Some provided a lot of protection, but were clunky, and thus decreased flight time, while others were lighter but offered less protection. The goal of this design was to reach an optimum between protection and weight.
